Doctor-patient communication: the Toronto consensus statement.

This report was compiled on behalf of the staff at the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield, the staff at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, and the many people who helped at the scene. The efforts of hundreds of professionals and volunteers were vital and greatly appreciated.
